How do I, the admin, send a gentle reminder email to learners letting them know they have more progress to do and have not been on in awhile?
The MCFD Manage tool has an easy way for you to see when it was that the student last logged on. You may send a generic reminder email letting the student know he/she has not logged on for a while and prompt them to continue working or to contact support if having technical difficulty.
2. Click Manage.
3. Click Communication.
4. Click on the SEND EMAILS box.
5. Choose the class you want to review.
6. Select the learner(s) by clicking the small box next to the learner's name and then click Send Email.
